Dry-planed wood is wood that has been processed by dry planing and is divided into two types: two-face planer or four-face planer. In order to achieve forced drying of wood, wood drying equipment must have three basic functions: heating, humidity conditioning and ventilation. The heating function is self-evident; humidity control (spray steam or atomized water) is used to ensure the high humidity environment required for some stages of drying, to prevent cracking, deformation, etc. of the wood; ventilation equipment must ensure that the hot and humid air passes through the pile evenly. The various parts of the wood make the moisture content of the wood after drying uniform. Simple wood "baking ovens" are generally heated directly or indirectly by hot furnace gas. It is difficult to organize a reasonable air circulation, and the humidity is difficult to adjust or cannot be adjusted. It is very difficult to obtain a good drying effect with such a simple device.
